Since joining Bayern Munich from Tottenham Hotspur in 2023, Kane has scored 28 goals in 34 UCL appearances. He has now scored in his last four Champions League round-of-16 games for Bayern, totaling seven goals in those matches.

The victory sets up a quarterfinal clash against Real Madrid, a team Bayern have failed to beat in their last nine meetings. The first leg will take place at the Santiago Bernabeu on April 7, where Kane will look to add to his historic tally against one of Europe's most successful clubs.
