Tennessee Titans CEO Burke Nihill has issued a public apology to fans, expressing deep regret over the team's 0-5 start and reaffirming the organization's full confidence in head coach Robert Saleh and general manager Mike Borgonzi. Nihill, speaking on behalf of controlling owner Amy Adams-Strunk, emphasized patience and stability, stating the team is "on the tracks" and will eventually regain momentum. The Titans have won just six games since the 2023 season and are mired in a seven-game losing streak.
Despite league-worst offensive stats and only two defensive turnovers, Saleh remains committed to a "rigorous and detailed" process, vowing growth through adversity. The franchise has cycled through coaches and GMs annually since 2022, but Nihill insists the current leadership can be "agile while still stable." He acknowledged the fanbase's disappointment, admitting, "We've let our fans down because football is supposed to be fun.".
