The Green Bay Packers have agreed to a one-year deal with Skyy Moore, a source confirmed to ESPN. The 25-year-old wide receiver and kick returner fills a critical need for Green Bay after the team ranked last in the NFL in punt return average (5.6 yards) and 22nd in kickoff return average (25.2 yards) this past season.

Moore brings proven return skills after finishing sixth in the NFL with 27.5 yards per kick return and seventh with 11.6 yards per punt return in 2025. The Packers were desperate for return help after losing Romeo Doubs to the New England Patriots and relying on Matthew Golden, Savion Williams, Bo Melton, and Emanuel Wilson in 2024. Moore's acquisition follows a mid-season trade from the Kansas City Chiefs to the San Francisco 49ers last August.

Before his breakout return season, Moore entered the league as a second-round pick (No. 54) in the 2022 NFL draft. He spent three seasons with the Chiefs, recording 43 receptions for 494 yards and a touchdown. The Packers' addition of Moore signals their commitment to improving special teams while providing depth at wide receiver.
