ESPN's Dan Graziano breaks down Week 4's biggest overreactions, questioning whether the Patriots can repeat as AFC East champions after their Buffalo win. Despite New England's 2-2 record, key injuries to A.J. Brown, Christian Gonzalez, and others highlight ongoing issues. The Patriots face a tougher path in 2026 compared to their surprising 2025 campaign.
Graziano also examines if the Eagles will miss the playoffs, the Rams' potential for a long win streak, the Houston Texans' situation, and whether the Chiefs are back to being NFL's best. Fantasy football overreactions round out the analysis.
The article emphasizes that while Sunday's results may seem dramatic, context matters—especially when discussing playoff projections and team trajectories.
