ESPN's Matt Bowen has released his ranking of the NFL's top 100 free agents heading into the 2026 offseason. The list features Cincinnati Bengals edge rusher Trey Hendrickson at No. 1, followed by Baltimore Ravens center Tyler Linderbaum and Miami Dolphins/Philadelphia Eagles edge rusher Jaelan Phillips. Bowen's rankings consider factors like age, positional value, expected future production, scheme versatility, and league buzz.

Hendrickson leads the class after recording 17.5 sacks and 65 pressures in 2024, the league highs. Linderbaum's 97.2% pass block win rate tied for second among qualifying centers last season. Phillips, who was traded from Miami to Philadelphia midseason, recorded two sacks and 27 pressures in coordinator Vic Fangio's system. The top 10 also includes Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce, Green Bay Packers offensive tackle Rasheed Walker, and Baltimore Ravens/Los Angeles Chargers edge rusher Odafe Oweh.

Other notable names in the top 25 include Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans at No. 12, Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Jaylen Watson at No. 13, and Green Bay Packers quarterback Malik Willis at No. 14. Evans, despite being limited to eight games in 2025, has topped 1,000 receiving yards in 11 straight seasons entering the year. Willis showed promise in limited action with Green Bay, completing 85.7% of his throws with 123 rushing yards and four touchdowns across four appearances.
