Josh Allen delivered a halftime message to the Buffalo Bills emphasizing their capability after a sluggish first half. The Bills improved to 6-1 with a 36-10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens Sunday at Orchard Park. Buffalo led 16-7 at the break despite offensive struggles, including two turnovers and dropped passes.
Allen told his teammates they were "way better than this," sparking a dominant second-half performance. The Bills averaged 7 yards per play after intermission and scored touchdowns on three of four starter-led drives. Allen improved from a 39.8 first-half passer rating to 155.4 in the second half.
DJ Moore returned from injury to catch four passes for 82 yards and a touchdown. The defense registered four sacks, 12 QB hits and three takeaways, limiting Baltimore to 2.9 yards per play. Guard O'Cyrus Torrence credited Allen's leadership, while tight ends coach Rob Boras provided energetic sideline motivation.
Coach Joe Brady noted that adjustments are difficult when Allen is playing, as the Bills are built for second-half turns.
