San Diego Padres outfielder Nick Castellanos is embracing a fresh start after signing a one-year deal with the Padres following his release from the Philadelphia Phillies. The 33-year-old veteran, who hit .250 with 17 home runs and 72 RBIs last season, will compete for playing time in right field, left field, and as designated hitter.
