Los Angeles Golf Club defeated New York Golf Club 6-3 on Monday night at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, securing a spot in the TGL playoffs. The victory ended New York's season and came during the second of three consecutive nights of TGL action. This match followed Sunday's closely contested game between Jupiter Links and Boston Common.

For Los Angeles, Justin Rose, Tommy Fleetwood and Collin Morikawa played, while Sahith Theegala sat out. New York featured Cameron Young, Rickie Fowler and Matt Fitzpatrick, with Xander Schauffele inactive. The match featured several dramatic moments, including Young's near-miraculous bunker shot on Hole 4 that left the ball just 11 inches from the cup, forcing a tie on that hole.

Rose nearly recorded a hole-in-one on Hole 7, setting up a crucial point for Los Angeles. Fleetwood delivered an impressive 78-yard approach shot on Hole 9, landing just under six feet from the pin. Despite trailing throughout most of the match, New York mounted a late charge when Fitzpatrick sank a 24-foot putt on Hole 14, pulling within one point before the final hole.
