South Carolina women's basketball clinched its sixth consecutive Final Four berth with a 78-52 rout of TCU, joining an exclusive club in NCAA history. The No. 1-seeded Gamecocks dominated the Horned Frogs, marking the fourth straight game they won by at least 25 points. Their tournament run saw a 135-point differential, including consecutive 100-point performances in the rounds of 64 and 32.

Although TCU briefly led early, South Carolina closed the first half with a 17-5 run. The Gamecocks then exploded in the fourth, holding TCU scoreless for four minutes and running away with a 14-0 stretch. Joyce Edwards led the scoring with 24 points, including 11 in the fourth, and added 12 rebounds.

Agot Makeer contributed 18 points. The Gamecocks now face UConn in a rematch of last year's championship game, where they lost 82-59. This sets up a potential third consecutive Final Four featuring South Carolina, Texas, UCLA, and UConn.
