Five-star wide receiver Jett Harrison, younger brother of former Ohio State star Marvin Harrison Jr., committed to the Buckeyes' 2028 class. Harrison, ESPN's No. 6 overall prospect for 2028, stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 180 pounds. He chose Ohio State after multiple June visits and joins a strong recruiting class for coach Ryan Day.

Harrison's decision continues a significant pipeline for Ohio State at wide receiver, following his brother's decorated career. Marvin Harrison Jr. was a two-time All-American and Biletnikoff Award winner before being drafted fourth overall by the Cardinals. The Buckeyes have also secured commitments from other highly-rated prospects in recent cycles.

As a sophomore at St. Joseph's Prep, Harrison recorded 10 touchdown catches. He is now the highest-ranked player in Ohio State's 2028 class, which also includes four-star running back Elijah Newman-Hall and three-star defensive tackle Jameer Whyce. Harrison cannot officially sign until December 2027.

Harrison's commitment solidifies Ohio State's future at wide receiver, building on recent successes and top-tier recruiting. The program's ability to attract elite talent, especially from within successful football families, remains a significant advantage.
