Former MLB All-Star Matt Holliday has listed his Stillwater, Oklahoma estate for $12 million, making it the highest-priced property in the state. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home sits on a sprawling property that includes a professionally lit baseball field in the front yard and a two-level swimming pool with waterfall and hot tub that cost $2 million to construct.

Built in 2022 after Holliday purchased the lot for $3 million in 2018, the estate features sports amenities throughout including indoor batting cages, pickleball and basketball courts in a detached $150,000 guest house. The property also includes a fully equipped home gym in a four-car garage and comes furnished with approximately $3 million worth of custom furniture wrapped in Gucci wallpaper.

The seven-time All-Star, best known for his 2009-2016 tenure with the St. Louis Cardinals where he won the 2011 World Series, designed the home as a gathering space. "Some of our favorite memories here revolve around hosting college students and professional athletes for meals, conversation and meaningful fellowship," Holliday said about the property that reflects his baseball career and family life.
