ESPN Analytics just launched a new interactive simulator for the upcoming 2026 NBA draft. Fans can now step into the general manager role to make picks across both rounds and negotiate trades. This tool lets users test their own strategies against current projections before the actual event begins.

Data from expert mock drafts and the top 100 rankings power the model. It calculates the probability of every prospect being selected at specific slots. The simulator will stay live during the draft to provide minute-by-minute percentage chances for each pick, giving users a real-time look at player availability.

Events take place on June 23 and 24 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Round 1 airs on ABC, ESPN, and the ESPN App, while Round 2 moves exclusively to ESPN and the app. These tools complement other coverage, including Jeremy Woo's mock drafts and the official draft order.

The 2026 NBA draft begins Tuesday, June 23, with the first round of selections.
