No. 13 Duke captured its second consecutive ACC tournament title with a 70-65 overtime victory over No. 12 Louisville in Duluth, Georgia. Taina Mair led the Blue Devils with 19 points and 12 rebounds, while Delaney Thomas added 19 points, including the game-tying layup with four seconds left in regulation that forced overtime.

Louisville dominated much of the contest, holding the lead for 35 of 40 minutes. Imari Berry scored 18 points and Mackenly Randolph contributed 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Cardinals, who played all 45 minutes. The game remained tight throughout, with Thomas's clutch performance keeping Duke alive when they trailed late.

Riley Nelson sealed the victory with a clutch three-pointer in the final seconds of overtime. Mair earned tournament MVP honors as Coach Kara Lawson's team heads into the NCAA tournament with momentum, having won 21 of their last 23 games after a 3-6 start to the season.
