Джефферис Кредит Партнерс нацелен на получение $1.16 млрд (€1 млрд) для нового фонда частного кредитования вторичных сделок, по данным Bloomberg. Устройство будет работать как сделка продолжения или стапельное расположение, объединяющее около $580 млн (€500 млн) собственного капитала инвесторов с эквивалентной суммой кредитного плеча для достижения покупательной способности.

В качестве вечного фонда, он может бесконечно перерабатывать капитал и сосредоточиться на кредитах, ранее выпущенных Джефферис Кредит Партнерс. Кредиты частного кредитования обычно не имеют ликвидности на публичных рынках, оставляя инвесторов заблокированными на длительные периоды.
