Ardian изучает продажу Swissbit, швейцарского производителя промышленного хранения данных, с потенциальным выходом в несколько миллиардов долларов, который может стать одним из крупнейших продаж аппаратного обеспечения в Европе в этом году.

Процесс все еще находится на ранних стадиях; UBS был привлечен для оценки интереса стратегических покупателей и конкурирующих финансовых спонсоров. Тест рынка позволит Ardian оценивать предложения, не обязываясь к продаже, пока цифры не станут ясны.
