Jefferies Credit Partners está visando US$ 1,16 bilhão (€1 bilhão) para um novo fundo de crédito privado secundário, segundo fontes do Bloomberg. O veículo operará como uma transação de continuidade ou arranjo de fixação, combinando aproximadamente US$ 580 milhões (€500 milhões) de capital social dos investidores com uma quantia equivalente de alavancagem para atingir seu poder de compra.

Como um fundo perpétuo, ele pode reciclar capital indefinidamente e se concentrara em empréstimos anteriormente originados por Jefferies Credit Partners.
