StrictlyVC returns to New York City on September 10 at Ideal Glass Studios in the West Village, with general admission tickets at $180. The event marks the first NYC gathering since 2024, offering candid conversations for VCs, founders, and dealmakers.

NYC's startup momentum is accelerating. In H1 2026, more than 240 startups raised a combined $1.13 billion in seed funding, up from $1.06 billion in H1 2025, with average seed rounds climbing to $6.64 million. Overall, New York startups raised $16 billion in the first half — nearly matching 2025's full-year total of $19.1 billion across AI, healthcare, climate, fintech, robotics, and consumer tech.

Programming opens with Craig Shapiro, founder of Collaborative Fund, and Connie Loizos, TechCrunch editor-in-chief and StrictlyVC founder, discussing "The Business of Belonging." Tristan Walker, founder of Heirloom Craft, will explore reinvention and leadership in an AI-driven landscape. Additional speakers will be announced.

StrictlyVC stages have previously hosted leaders like Sam Altman, Tekedra Mawakana, and Alfred Lin. The evening emphasizes networking and access. Register now for the event. Founder Summit follows in Boston on November 4.
