CVC Capital Partners is approaching the final close for its sixth secondaries flagship fund, Glendower Secondary Opportunities Fund VI, with a target of the third quarter of 2026. The firm has already secured $9.3 billion for Fund VI, as indicated in its H1 2026 results.

This move signifies CVC's continued expansion within the secondaries market. The firm is also concurrently broadening its investment strategies to encompass credit and infrastructure.

According to the latest SI 50 ranking, CVC is recognized as the 17th largest secondaries investor globally. Their planned launch of a dedicated infra secondaries vehicle further underscores their commitment to diversifying their offerings.
