TPG has launched One Aged Care, a consolidated elderly healthcare platform spanning Singapore and Malaysia. The new entity combines Econ Healthcare, Orange Valley Nursing Homes, and Ambulance Medical Service to create a regional provider. Ong Hui Ming, formerly of Econ Healthcare, leads the operation as chief executive officer.

The initiative targets growing demand in Southeast Asia's aging care sector. Singapore's population stands at 21% aged 65 and above, straining healthcare infrastructure. By aligning clinical standards and shared capabilities, TPG aims to enhance care continuity across its 16 nursing homes and medical transport services.

"The platform is designed to address demographic trends by improving service delivery," Ong stated. TPG's move highlights sustained private equity interest in healthcare infrastructure markets with strong demographic tailwinds, creating economies of scale while positioning the firm to capture opportunities in the region's expanding elderly care sector.
