CVC Credit, the credit management arm of CVC, has priced Cordatus XXXIX, a new collateralised loan obligation of about €400m.
The deal is CVC Credit's second new-issue European CLO of 2026. It follows Cordatus XXXVIII, a €406m vehicle priced in May with Citi as arranger. It also adds to the firm's lead in European CLO activity this year.
CVC Credit has now completed 13 European transactions worth €4.7bn in total, made up of two new issues, two refinancings, and nine resets. Pricing was among the tightest of the year. Cordatus XXXIX priced at a weighted average cost of debt of 181bps over the base rate, and its single-A tranche priced at 180bps.
That is the lowest single-A level of any European CLO so far in 2026.
