Arcmont Asset Management has closed Capital Solutions Fund II at €1.5 billion ($1.62 billion), nearly doubling its predecessor's size. The London-based firm attracted capital from pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Launched in 2020 and co-headed by Alice Cavalier and David Brooks, the Capital Solutions strategy targets complex credits, junior capital structures, market dislocations, and secondary debt opportunities. The strategy has deployed nearly €2 billion across more than 50 transactions since inception, with Fund II already 55% committed and over 20 investments completed.

Transactions have included constructive refinancing solutions for borrowers approaching debt maturity, complex private lending to healthy companies in cyclical sectors, junior capital investments, and secondary debt purchases. The fundraise comes as Arcmont maintains relationships with more than 120 sponsors across Europe and has raised approximately €40 billion ($43 billion) across its various strategies over 15 years.
