Hire Counsel brings over three decades of experience serving law firms and corporate legal departments needing scalable staffing solutions. The acquisition aligns with Purpose Legal’s strategy to expand its national footprint and service offerings in the increasingly competitive legal process outsourcing sector.

Long Point Partners previously owned Hire Counsel and had supported its growth through operational improvements. With this exit, Long Point reinforces its track record in building and monetizing niche legal services businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
