PE-backed Court Square Partners has acquired Utah-based cloud communications firm CallTower from BV Investment. CallTower specializes in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Collaboration, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The acquisition includes CallTower's recent purchase of Inoria, strengthening its vendor partnerships and market reach.

BV Investment retains a minority stake in the company alongside CallTower's management team. This deal consolidates Court Square's position in the managed services space, enhancing its portfolio of professional and managed communication solutions.
