Frazier Healthcare Partners, founded in 1991 and based in Seattle, provides private equity capital to healthcare companies, pursuing investments from company creation and venture capital to buyouts of profitable lower-middle market companies.

Resmed (NYSE & ASX: RMD), founded in 1989 and based in San Diego, is a global medical device and digital health company specializing in cloud-connected equipment for treating sleep apnea, COPD, and other respiratory conditions. Terms of the transaction, expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, were not disclosed.
