YouTuber Marques Brownlee has switched back to the iPhone 18 Pro after testing Apple's first foldable device, the iPhone Duo, for over two weeks. On the "Waveform" podcast, Brownlee stated he missed the iPhone 18 Pro's cameras and Face ID functionality. He also noted he would miss using the Duo in portrait mode and reading on its larger screen.
Despite strong initial demand for the innovative foldable, the iPhone Duo suffers from several hardware compromises compared to the standard Pro model, most notably lacking a dedicated Telephoto camera, Face ID, and an Action button.
