Fake iPhone 18 Pro Cases Hint at New Colors

Leaked cases reportedly designed for the iPhone 18 Pro Max have surfaced, potentially offering an early glimpse at new color options for Apple's upcoming accessories. The leaker known as DuanRui shared images and video of clear and TechWoven cases, though they are unofficial replicas using existing iPhone 17 Pro model numbers. These types of counterfeit accessories typically circulate in China ahead of major iPhone launches, often based on leaked dimensions and CAD files.

One clear case shown features a light blue tint, complementing rumors that the iPhone 18 Pro may debut in a Light Blue finish. The case retains the opaque square design around the MagSafe area, first seen on the iPhone 17 Pro's clear case. Meanwhile, the TechWoven cases appear in a broader color range than Apple currently offers, including cherry red, black, brown, green, blue, and taupe.

Apple's existing iPhone 17 Pro TechWoven lineup includes blue, purple, black, sienna, and green. The cherry red variant aligns with rumors of a "Dark Cherry" finish for the iPhone 18 Pro. The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are anticipated to launch alongside the first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Ultra, in September.
