Beyond Enchanté, Apple has developed Enterprise Assistant, a knowledge hub for corporate staff. It answers questions about company policies, benefits, and guidelines. This internal push follows years of testing, including a 2024 generative AI tool for AppleCare advisors and a Support Assistant for customer help.

These tools show Apple's cautious, internal-first approach to AI. While consumers wait for a full Siri overhaul powered by Google Gemini later this year, employees are already testing features that could shape future products. The company is building its AI capabilities from the ground up, prioritizing privacy and integration.
