Apple is set to announce 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models featuring touch-enabled OLED displays with thinner bezels and a Dynamic Island replacing the notch. The new lineup will include M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, offering a lighter and slightly thinner design compared to previous generations. A private "Pro and tell" experience will be held in Los Angeles starting at 10 a.m. Pacific Time tomorrow.
This announcement follows a Bloomberg report by Mark Gurman, who highlighted that Apple is rolling out these advanced MacBook Pro variants ahead of a traditional notch-based device. The touchscreen technology represents a significant shift in Apple's laptop strategy, targeting both professional creatives and general consumers seeking enhanced input capabilities. Apple's event will provide early access to the new models for attendees, demonstrating the company's commitment to innovation in portable computing.
