Apple will introduce at least five new devices at its September iPhone event. The iPhone 18 Pro features a smaller Dynamic Island, variable aperture Wide camera, A20 Pro chip on a 2nm process, LTPO+ OLED display, and new C2 modem and N2 networking chips. Colors include Dark Cherry and light blue. The iPhone 18 Pro Max adds a larger battery and screen, may be slightly thicker, and both Pro models could cost up to $300 more.

Apple's first foldable, the "iPhone Ultra," offers a ~5.5-inch closed display and ~7.8-inch open display with 4:3 aspect ratio, dual batteries, two-lens camera, Touch ID, and the same 2nm A20 chip. Pricing may reach $2,000–$2,500, with potential delayed launch.

The Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 receive faster S-series chips and battery improvements, though design remains unchanged. A second event in October or November may debut smart home devices: a 7-inch Home Hub with Siri AI, updated Apple TV 4K, HomePod mini, and a security camera.

Notably, the standard iPhone 18, iPhone 18e, and iPhone Air 2 are delayed until spring 2027. Tim Cook steps down as CEO on September 1, succeeded by John Ternus, who will lead the event. The presentation likely falls on September 8 or 9, with pre-orders possibly on September 12 to avoid the 9/11 anniversary.
