Apple today announced that Tap to Pay on iPhone is now available in eight more countries: Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, and Peru. Tap to Pay on iPhone allows businesses to accept contactless payments on an iPhone, with no point-of-sale hardware required. Instead, customers can simply tap their own iPhone or Apple Watch, credit card or debit card, or other contactless payment option on the merchant's iPhone.
