Xiaomi has unveiled the UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W, a remarkably compact wireless charger that measures just 6mm thick and weighs 98g. This 5,000mAh power bank supports Qi2 wireless charging at up to 15W and includes a USB-C port for faster wired charging at 22.5W. The device can simultaneously charge two devices - one wirelessly and one via USB-C.

While designed for Xiaomi's latest phones, the power bank works with various devices including iPhone 17 (limited to 7.5W wireless charging) and Galaxy S25. The Xiaomi 17 can achieve full 15W wireless charging but requires a magnetic case for proper attachment. Measuring 98.5 × 71.5 × 6mm, the power bank is nearly as wide as an iPhone 17 and slightly wider than a Galaxy S25. It features an aluminum alloy shell with a fiberglass charging surface and a Silicon-Carbon battery rated at 18.58Wh.

The UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank includes comprehensive protection mechanisms against voltage issues, overheating, and electrostatic shock. It's currently available in select markets including Australia (AUD 69.50), Singapore (SGD 69.90), and Japan (JPY 5,980), though it hasn't reached Western markets yet.
