vivo is preparing the vivo V80 Lite 5G, the first device in the V80 series, rumored to launch around mid-month. The phone appeared in the Google Play Console under model numbers V2576, V2643, and V2644.

Notably, the V2576 model is also listed for the vivo S2, which debuts in India on August 6. This overlap strongly suggests the V80 Lite 5G will be a rebranded S2 for global markets.

If true, the V80 Lite 5G would inherit the S2's specs: a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset, a 50MP main camera, 2MP decorative sensor, 32MP selfie shooter, and a massive 7,050 mAh battery with 44W fast charging. IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings would also carry over.
