Tecno is launching its Spark 50 5G on Amazon India this Friday, March 27, after revealing key specs on the product landing page. The budget 5G phone features a substantial 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging, a significant upgrade from the previous Spark Go's 6,000mAh battery with only 18W charging.

The phone emphasizes connectivity with 4x4 MIMO antennas promising 82% faster downloads. It also includes UPS 3.0 technology for improved mobile payment signals in weak reception areas and off-grid communication up to 1.5km. The device comes in Mint Green, Fantasy Purple, Ink Black, and Champagne Gold.

Tecno has reworked the camera layout into a horizontal visor made of 6-series aluminum, and the phone has passed MIL-STD-810H testing and drop tests from 1.5m. While the landing page confirms the 6,500mAh battery, certifications suggest some regional variants may have a 6,150mAh battery instead. The full specifications and pricing will be revealed at Friday's launch event.
