Tecno's upcoming Pova 8 Pro has cleared TUV Rheinland and FCC certifications, confirming the phone's key specifications ahead of its official launch. The device succeeds last summer's Pova 7 Pro and will join the vanilla Pova 8, which was spotted in the Google Play Console last month.

The certifications reveal a 6,340 mAh battery that will likely be marketed as a typical 6,500 mAh capacity - continuing Tecno's tradition of large batteries in its Pova series. The phone measures 162 x 77 x 8mm and supports 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.

One configuration will pack 12GB of RAM paired with 512GB of storage, though additional variants are expected. This positions the Pova 8 Pro as a mid-range device with premium-tier memory and storage at an accessible price point, fitting Tecno's strategy for budget-conscious markets.
