Redmi has unveiled key specs for its upcoming Turbo 5 Max ahead of its China launch. The phone will feature a massive 9,000mAh battery and support 100W PPS wired charging, alongside 27W reverse wired charging and bypass charging. The company also confirmed the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset.

Redmi is backing the Turbo 5 Max with a five-year battery warranty, claiming the pack retains performance for up to 1,600 charge cycles. In internal tests, the phone reportedly outlasted a rival with a larger 10,000mAh battery by 43 minutes, emphasizing its endurance over sheer capacity.

While pre-orders are already live on Xiaomi's Chinese website, an official launch date remains unannounced. This move targets power users seeking long battery life, a key battleground in the competitive Chinese smartphone market where Xiaomi's Redmi brand consistently pushes charging and capacity boundaries.
