A new leak has challenged earlier rumors about a Realme phone's camera setup. An earlier report claimed the OnePlus 16R is being tested with a triple 50MP rear camera array, and that similar hardware is being tested under the Realme brand. A second tipster now describes the Realme device differently, saying it has a 200MP main camera and a 50MP telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom, and that it does not have a triple 50MP setup.

The tipster also says the phone has no ultrawide camera. That description matches recent leaks about the OnePlus Ace 7, which has been reported to feature a 200MP main camera and a 3.5x periscope telephoto. The Realme device's camera island is said to closely resemble the one on the Realme 16 Pro+.

Other reported details include a metal frame, a flat glass back, a built-in cooling fan, and a circular RGB light similar to the ring flash on some vivo phones. The front reportedly features a 1.5K flat OLED display with refresh rates of up to 185Hz in some games and 165Hz for the system UI. A Snapdragon 8-series chipset is said to power the device, supporting BGMI at 120fps and Call of Duty at 165fps. The battery has a typical capacity of 8,700 mAh.

The tipster suggests the phone could be a Realme model or the OnePlus 16R for India. Since Realme and OnePlus are both part of the Oppo group, shared hardware is plausible. With two conflicting camera setups in circulation, further leaks will be needed to confirm which is accurate.
