OnePlus introduced its N6 smartphone series in India, prioritizing battery life above all else. The device packs a substantial 8,000mAh battery that supports 45W SuperVOOC wired charging and 5W reverse charging for powering other devices. OnePlus also integrated bypass charging technology, routing power directly to the motherboard during intensive tasks like gaming to prevent overheating.

The N6 targets budget-conscious buyers with MediaTek's Dimensity 6360 Max chipset paired with either 4GB or 6GB RAM. A 6.8-inch IPS LCD display delivers HD+ resolution at 120Hz refresh rate, while the 1,200 nits peak brightness ensures visibility in direct sunlight. Photography duties fall to a 50MP main shooter with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP front-facing camera in a punch-hole cutout.

Running Oxygen OS 16.0 based on Android 16, the N6 promises two major OS upgrades and three years of security patches. The phone launches in Fresh Mint and Midnight Green colors, with the 4GB/128GB model priced at ₹22,999 and the 6GB variant at ₹24,999. Sales begin July 4 through OnePlus India and Amazon India.

OnePlus built the N6 for users who hate charging cables, claiming the battery maintains over 80% capacity after 1,600 charge cycles. This approach to longevity and fast charging positions the N6 as a practical alternative to phones requiring daily charging.
