Indian consumer technology brand Mivi announced the Mivi One 5G will launch in India on September 24. The smartphone features a flat back panel with a vertically aligned camera island housing two cameras of unknown resolution and a flash on the right side. A secondary mic is visible at the top.

Mivi claims the One 5G will be the only smartphone in its price segment powered by a Snapdragon chip. Geekbench listings indicate the device uses the SM4450 part number, corresponding to the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, and will run Android 16 out of the box with RAM options of 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB. Viswanadh Kandula, Co-Founder of Mivi, stated the launch marks the company's entry into smartphones as a natural next step in its journey to build end-to-end capabilities in-house.

He emphasized Mivi's ambition to become a global consumer technology company from India, calling the One 5G the first expression of that vision.
