Huawei unveiled the fifth‑generation Watch Fit lineup at its recent launch event, introducing the standard Watch Fit 5 and the higher‑spec Watch Fit 5 Pro. Both retain the series’ sleek silhouette, but the Pro swaps the regular aluminum bezel for titanium and trims the borders to accommodate a 1.92‑inch AMOLED display. The non‑Pro model sports a 1.82‑inch screen with bright color reproduction capabilities.

Brightness jumps to 3,000 nits on the Pro and 2,500 nits on the base model, while both support an always‑on display. Health tracking expands to six LED and six PPG heart‑rate sensors plus temperature monitoring; the Pro adds ECG and depth sensing and earns a 40 m freediving rating. Huawei lists the Watch Fit 5 at CNY 1,099 (≈$161) and the Pro at CNY 2,199 (≈$322).

Both models ship with aluminum frames, dual‑band GNSS (in China), NFC, Bluetooth 6.0, a microphone, speaker and a wrist‑mounted voice recorder. Color options range from purple and green to black and silver, with the Pro adding orange. Sales start in China on April 29, and while global rollout remains unconfirmed, Huawei’s expanded sensor suite pushes the Fit line deeper into fitness territory.
