HMD unveiled the 2660 Flip feature phone at MWC in March last year. Now the company is preparing its successor, the HMD 2760 Flip, tipped to run Android 13 Go. The leak says the phone will feature Icon OS 13, a variant of Android 13 Go, marking a shift from the Kai OS on its predecessor and giving users access to the Google Play Store.

A 4G flip is expected to sport a 2.8‑inch main LCD and a 1.77‑inch outer screen, powered by the Unisoc T310 chipset with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Camera specs include a 5 MP rear lens and a VGA front‑facing camera. Battery capacity is projected at 2,500 mAh, with a USB‑Type‑C port, micro‑SD slot, and 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Connectivity will likely cover Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and hotspot support, and the device will feature a touchpad. Colors will include black, cyan, and pink, and the design looks similar to the Nokia 2660 Flip from 2022. The flip phone is expected to deliver a lightweight, durable body, with a magnetic closure for the external screen.

Users will have access to standard apps via Play Store, and the UI will be simplified for low‑end hardware. Battery life projections estimate up to 12 hours of talk time. The phone may also support 4G LTE bands across multiple regions.

The Unisoc T310 is a low‑power SoC, suitable for feature phones, offering modest performance for basic tasks. The 2,500 mAh battery is a significant improvement over the 2,000 mAh battery on the 2660. Overall, the HMD 2760 Flip looks poised to capture the budget flip‑phone market with a modern OS, decent camera, and flexible storage.
