Gamescom 2026 kicks off with the Opening Night Live showcase on August 25 at 2PM ET, hosted by Geoff Keighley. The two-hour stream features a 30-minute pre-show and can be watched remotely via YouTube, Twitch, or the embedded livestream. Confirmed titles include Final Fantasy 7 Revelation, Gears of War: E-Day, Silent Hill: Townfall, The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past, Valor Mortis, Pony Island 2, Path of Exile 2, Monster Hunter Outlanders, Metro 2039, and a new Paradox Interactive grand strategy game. Beyond Opening Night Live, Gamescom runs August 26-27 with additional programming. Xbox hosts separate YouTube and Twitch streams on both days. CD Projekt Red presents day-long streams starting August 26 with previews, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

On August 26 at 1PM ET, the Future Games Show showcases over 40 games including 13 world premieres. The next day at 2PM ET, the Awesome Indies show highlights independent titles. While ONL may not match the blockbuster scale of Keighley's other events, the lineup offers compelling reveals and updates for fans worldwide.
