The game follows duo Jason and Lucia, a Bonnie and Clyde-style pair, in the fictional state of Leonida, inspired by Florida. It also teases the game's dual-protagonist mechanic, allowing players to switch between the two characters. The extended look reveals more of their dynamic, from a raid on a drug den to a getaway in a red convertible, with a soundtrack featuring Depeche Mode. The trailer ends with a wanted-level system, hinting at intense police chases.

GTA 6 is set to release in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
