Google's Gemini AI assistant can do more than answer questions—it can automate everyday tasks. Set it to check your calendar each morning at 7:30AM and estimate travel time between events using Maps, helping you plan your day. Ask Gemini to search for news on specific topics like Apple every morning at 9AM and receive concise summaries.
It can also plan weekend outings, suggesting nearby cafes and restaurants every Friday morning. Gemini's new 'skills' feature lets you save recurring instructions, like newsletter brand guidelines, and invoke them with a simple command. For Pro and Ultra subscribers, Gemini Spark acts as an always-on agent that can scan your emails and calendar even when your devices are off, streamlining your workflow without manual effort.
