Hingham Apple Store Crash Bail Revoked

Bradley Rein's bail was revoked in the November 2022 crash at the Hingham, Mass. Apple Store that killed one person and injured 22. Plymouth County prosecutors cited violations of his alcohol-monitoring bracelet as the reason for the revocation. Rein faces second-degree murder and motor vehicle homicide charges and has pleaded not guilty after nearly four years without a trial.

Federal agents seized an iPhone and MacBook from disgraced former Rep. Eric Swalwell during a raid at San Francisco International Airport and his Washington home.
