Apple has finally released the first public betas for iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27 Golden Gate, watchOS 27, visionOS 27, and tvOS 27 after the WWDC keynote in early June. The public beta builds include iOS 27 public beta 1 24A5380, iPadOS 27 public beta 1 24A5380, macOS 27 public beta 1 macOS 27.0 beta 3 26A5378, tvOS 27 public beta 1 24J5315, visionOS 27 public beta 1 24M5316, and watchOS 27 public beta 1 23U5062.

Although public betas are more stable than developer betas, they are still not fully safe. Apple Insider strongly advises against installing these betas on primary or mission‑critical hardware. Use secondary devices and keep regular OF backups to protect against data loss—an issue that has repeatedly appeared in past beta releases.
