Apple Fitness+ rolled out a three‑week Pilates program called “3 Perfect Weeks of Pilates.” The series offers three 20‑minute, body‑weight sessions per week, each aimed at core strength, stability and flexibility. Designed for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, the curriculum moves from foundational centering to advanced flow, letting users build a balanced routine on any Apple device.

The three-week arc is divided into themed weeks: Week 1 focuses on centering the core, Week 2 emphasizes control and precision, and Week 3 strings movements together for seamless flow. Apple ties the workouts to its ecosystem, displaying heart‑rate, calories and Activity‑ring progress when paired with an Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3. Each session includes guided breath work and cueing to ensure proper form.

Fitness+ currently lists twelve workout categories and costs $9.99 a month or $79.99 annually, bundled into Apple One Premier. New device buyers receive three free months, making the Pilates addition a low‑risk way to test the service. It broadens the platform’s mind‑body catalog for low‑impact seekers, allowing subscribers to add a structured routine to their weekly schedule.
