If you can find a global A17 variant with 8GB RAM, it's the better buy. Otherwise, the discounted A16 offers better value. Samsung's strategy highlights a growing divide in budget phones: brands must balance cost with acceptable performance, a challenge where 4GB RAM is increasingly insufficient for a smooth experience.
