Subscribers will also benefit from new Apple Music capabilities. tvOS 27 introduces Auto Mix for seamless music transitions, ideal for parties, and Hi-Res Lossless Audio. This allows users with compatible external setups to experience studio-quality sound directly through their Apple TV 4K, elevating the audio experience significantly.

Convenience sees an upgrade too, as Apple TV software updates can now be managed through the iPhone’s Home app, similar to HomePod. Additionally, tvOS 27 introduces Dynamic Type support, allowing users to adjust text sizes system-wide for improved accessibility and readability across all supported applications.
