With 5.2 billion minutes viewed, Shrinking, co-created by the creator of Ted Lasso, achieved the highest viewership for any Apple TV+ series this year. It narrowly missed climbing higher on the charts, coming in close contention with other popular shows like "Love Is Blind" and "Paradise." For context, the top two original series, "Stranger Things" and "The Pitt," garnered 23 billion and 21 billion minutes viewed, respectively.

This achievement is significant for Apple TV+ content, as it rarely appears on Nielsen's charts. The success of "Shrinking" bodes well for the upcoming season of "Ted Lasso," which is also expected to perform strongly. "Shrinking" is anticipated to return for a fourth season next year.
