Pebblebee has launched “LÔC8,” a unique new Android Find Hub / Apple Find My tracker designed to hide within bike handles, golf clubs, and other places to help you keep tabs on your gear. Available alongside the company’s other tracker form factors, the cylindrical tracker is tailor-made to fit in places you wouldn’t expect. Its primary targets are bikes and golf clubs, but it can technically fit in any “shaft-like” object.

“LÔC8” has a clear plastic shell that’s not designed to be exterior-facing, but it would function if thrown into a backpack or suitcase pocket. Pebblebee touts 3-year battery life and “uncompromised performance,” with a replaceable but non-rechargeable ER10250 cell, which may be hard to purchase online. The top of the tracker acts as a button, with a double-press activating pairing mode, then connect via Android Find Hub or iPhone Find My.

There are two sleeves in the box to fit inside bike handles of different sizes, mainly for mountain bikes. The battery lasts three years, and if the tip is visible, an LED lights up when located. It’s a simple idea that could be super useful, as bike thefts are common and this tracker would be nearly impossible for a thief to remove. For golf clubs, there’s no other option.

Pebblebee first announced this in early 2025, with more ideas like a “plate” style tracker for skis. The LÔC8 sells in 1-pack ($39.99) for DIY use and 4-pack for professional golf club installation.
